I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you.

My father was delighted with his bonsai tree and the tool set. I have to say it is always a leap of faith ordering online but the quality of the tree and tools speak for themselves. The service we received was wonderful. Our tree travelled from one end of the country to the other but was so carefully packed it looked as if it has just left the nursery shelf.

We now know where to come for anything bonsai related!

First time have purchased from British Bonsai and I was not disappointed. The Azalea I ordered was in perfect condition, very well packed and exactly as described.
